Candidate Key Performance Outputs

  • Oversee front office activities, including reception, mail handling, and purchasing requests.
  • Coordinate office services such as maintenance, office supplies, and equipment management.
  • Process orders, invoices, credit notes, and ensure proper filing and reconciliation.
  • Perform month-end duties, including filing documents and reconciling statements.
  • Assist with customer queries and courier-related tasks.

 

Candidate Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Certificate or diploma.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
